Artwork & Proof Approval
How to supply artwork, check your proof and approve your order for production.
Submitting artwork
Supply the best-quality artwork you have. Vector PDF, AI or SVG files are preferred where suitable. If a file needs rebuilding or preparation, we will explain any extra charge and obtain your agreement before proceeding.
Rights to use the artwork
You must have permission to reproduce any logos, names, trade marks or designs you supply. Supplied artwork remains the property of its owner. We use it for your job and related records. We will not use it in marketing or our portfolio without permission.
Design proofs
Once payment is received, we prepare and send your artwork proof for review. Check spelling, names, dates, logos, size, placement, orientation and the stated order details. A digital proof shows the proposed design; screen colours, glass shape and the decoration method can affect its appearance. Any agreed sample or specification remains part of your order.
Written approval
Approve the final proof in writing, using the approval method provided with it. Your approval must identify the proof version you are accepting. We keep the approval with your job record. Production begins only after final approval and the agreed payment requirements have been met.
Changes and corrections
Request any corrections before approving the proof. Later changes may affect price and delivery timing, and may not be possible once production has started. We will explain any additional costs and obtain your agreement before carrying out changes. Approval does not remove your rights if goods are faulty or do not match the agreed specifications.
Proof turnaround
Artwork preparation begins after payment is received and we have usable files and complete instructions. We will advise the expected timing for your job. Delays in supplying artwork or approving the proof may affect production and delivery dates.
