Information about quotes, payment and ordering personalised glassware.

Website information

Our website is a guide to our glassware and decoration services. We confirm availability, specifications, pricing and any agreed sample in your written quote. These terms apply with your accepted quote and our artwork and delivery policies. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Quotes and orders

Sending an enquiry does not place an order. We confirm your order in writing after you accept the quote. Your quote sets out the products, quantities, decoration, artwork or setup charges, GST, freight and payment terms.

Artwork approval and production

After payment is received, we prepare your artwork proof. Production begins only after you approve the final proof in writing and the agreed payment requirements have been met. Please check all text, logos, dimensions, placement and order details carefully.

Customer logos and intellectual property

You must own or have permission to use the logos, designs and other artwork you supply. You authorise us to use them to quote, prepare proofs and complete your order. Ownership of supplied artwork remains with its owner. Our original materials and website content remain ours unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Payments and prices

Payment is due when you confirm the quote, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Artwork preparation follows receipt of payment. Your quote or invoice shows the amount due and how to pay. Any additional charges will be explained and agreed before we proceed.

Lead times and delivery

Lead times depend on stock, payment, usable artwork and prompt proof approval. Delivery dates are estimates unless we agree to a firm date in writing. Tell us about any event or deadline before accepting the quote. We will let you know about significant timing changes.

Cancellations, defects and refunds

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Costs reasonably incurred or committed may apply to a change-of-mind cancellation. Personalised goods generally cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. This does not limit your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods under Australian Consumer Law.

Using our website

Please use our website lawfully and only submit files you are authorised to share. Do not interfere with its security or copy protected content without permission. External websites have their own terms. We take reasonable care with website information and correct errors brought to our attention. Australian law applies, and your rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
