Who we are

LZR Glassware supplies branded and personalised glassware. For privacy enquiries, contact enquiries@lzrglassware.au or use our Contact page.

Information we collect

We collect details you provide through website forms, email, phone and order correspondence. This may include your name, business, contact and delivery details, product selections, quantities, required dates, artwork, instructions, approvals and invoice or payment records. The website also processes technical and usage information, such as browser and device details. Please only provide information needed for your enquiry or order.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and artwork proofs, obtain approvals, manage orders, arrange payment and delivery, provide support and meet legal obligations.

Artwork and file storage

We use artwork and job files for quoting, proof preparation, production and repeat orders. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for the job. We do not use your artwork in promotional materials without permission.

Who we share information with

We use service providers to support our website, enquiries, customer records, artwork storage, email, accounting and delivery. We share relevant information where needed to provide these services, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Overseas storage and access

Our service providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and India. The location depends on the service and its account settings.

Cookies and analytics

We use website traffic information to understand how the site is used and improve it. Hosting services also process technical information for operation and security. Our quote tool uses browser storage to remember selected models and quantities during your browsing session. You can clear stored website data through your browser settings.

Keeping information secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and restrict access. We retain enquiry and job records for business needs, repeat orders and legal record keeping. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where practicable. Some records must be kept by law.

Privacy complaints

If you have a privacy concern, email enquiries@lzrglassware.au with the details. We aim to respond within 30 days, or let you know if we need more time. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing enquiries@lzrglassware.au. Some records may need to be retained by law. You can browse without making an enquiry, but we need certain details to quote or fulfil an order. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time; enquiry and order updates are separate.
